This is a little tricky.
If a player hits a boss it will cause more enemies to spawn. If you're a strong player you can just destroy the bosses and anything that spawns and move on. If you have strong cells you can use cp pots and summon your cells to destroy the bosses. This will cause more enemies not to spawn, your cells simply have to take out the bosses without you touching them. This should be fairly easy with a few cp pots in under a minute.
