Kill Quest
This quests require you to get a certain amount of kills on a certain class in a certain game mode. Such as kill 20 warriors in golem mode. The amount of kills required seems to vary between 10 and 200, with 200 kills yielding the best items.
Note: The language on the quest is misleading, but the class mentioned is the class you need to kill.
Win Quests
Win quests require a certain amount of wins on a certain map. The wins seem to vary between 5 and 100, with 100 giving the best items.
Items Gained
Items that can be gained from quests may be as small as potions, gem slot hammers, and gems. However, some of the better items that can be earned include wolves, adventure packs, gold/event point bags, power user, and event cores.
The EXP gained seems to go up to 1410, gold up to 9380, and event points up to 940. However, there are still not very many documented quest rewards.
