*This information is very old(11/11/2005) and was originally for Gunbound. However, much of this applies to Rakion accounts as well.*
For those of you who haven't noticed, users have a class that can be seen when you login at softnyx.net and view "My Gunbound" under the Game ID. This class is based on how much cash you have purchased from softnyx, and here is their statement about it:
"As many of you know, Gunbound is structured to be played by many users for free, with the money paid by the minority of the users. Therefore, the ??user class?? showed in the website??s ??My gunbound" is provided to help those users who supplied us the money for the upgrade and improvement of the game operation, gain pride, and for Softnyx to pay our close concern. Despite the user class, every one of the users is a precious customer of Softnyx. The user class is never referenced when taking actions against unfair works that obstruct equity within the game.
Below are the definitions of each user classes.
VIP
- Users who have charged over 100,000 cash within the last 12 months (standardized on the 1st of each month)
- Connection possible even in countries that have become IP blocked due to business contract
- When handling robbed ID case, charge record referenced to decide the real owner
- When restoring avatar item, even the littered/sold items restored to the original state
- Customer care from exclusive GM after detailed analysis
ROYAL
- Users who have charged over 20,000 cash within the last three months (standardized on the 1st of each month)
- Connection possible even in countries that have become IP blocked due to business contract
- When handling robbed ID case, charge record referenced to decide the real owner
- When restoring avatar item, even the littered/sold items restored to the original state
CASH
- Users who have at least once charged cash
- Connection possible even in countries that have become IP blocked due to business contract
- When handling robbed ID case, charge record referenced to decide the real owner
NORMAL
- Automatically given class when creating an account
REVERSAL
- Users who have charged back or refunded after charging cash
- No customer care"
